Crestwood Springfarm Yorkhill is situated in the southwest corner of Thornhill, Vaughan which is north of Toronto. This area known to be quite but still close to all amenities.  Built around parks, the Crestwood Springfarm Yorkhill neighbourhood has lots of green space and mature trees.  The neighbourhood runs north of Steeles Avenue, east of Yonge Street, west of Bathurst Street and south of Centre Street.

The Crestwood Springfarm Yorkhill neighbourhood was mostly developed starting in the early 1980's. Development continues with new upscale custom built homes taking over some of the older smaller homes on large parcels of land.  The area consists of a full range dwellings including detached, semi-detached, links, townhouses and condominiums to fit the needs of all residents. Prices in the area range from the mid $300,000's for smaller townhomes, links and semi-detached to large upscale estates well over $2 million. Condominiums ragne in price from the mid $200,000's to close to a million for a penthouse.

Crestwood Springfarm Yorkhill is considered to be a family neighbourhood where one can find sports activities, community centres, arts, schools, parks, etc.

The demographics for the area shows a predominantly Jewish community as well as representatives from the Asian and Italian cultures.

The community within convenient proximity to the Promenade Mall, Sobeys, Wallmart, Synagouges, and schools.
